What we do
Our light gauge steel framing division can design your project and convert your timber walls and trusses as well as structural steel in some cases to light gauge steel framing.
Light gauge steel can replace timber in almost all cases and is faster to produce and install due to its unique strength properties.
Our in-house plasma cutting solution allows us to work faster and manufacture complex designs in a fraction of the time.
We are also able to create custom shapes in different sizes which can integrate with both structural steel and light gauge steel projects.
Our Ficep CNC machine allows us to have the capacity to fabricate a large amount of jobs at a time while still meeting the deadline.
Using BIM software Tekla Structures we are able to work with the client in 3D and pre-design the whole project to perfection before fabrication.
We are also able to share our models for confirmation by the client with the Tekla BIMsight model viewer which allows the client to see their steel structure come to life.
